Duelist Level 30+- Build - Dual Wield Iron Reflex Unwavering Stance - Need opinions/dev advice !

I really had to get some more strength/hp, I'm a level 42 right now and will post my new build soon(like level45).
Main changes have been I removed additional frenzy and endurance charges since I only use Blood Rage and that a stack of three is way enough at the moment, with a faster attacks gem and dual strike, the speed is just insane, I don't see why, at the moment, I would go for like 5 stacks. For the Endurance charges, I don't feel them, I don't like the mechanic so I won't go in that direction for my duelist.

The reason that Endurance Charges are so powerful is that they are static mitigation.

Remember how I explained that damage mitigation from armor is affected by the amount of incoming damage?

That's not how Endurance Charges work. They are each a completely static 5% damage reduction, and having the 3 from passives +1 from Oak Merciless is an additional 20% reduction to all forms of incoming damage (up to your resistance cap).

They also have the advantage of protecting you against debuffs that lower your elemental resistances if you are "overcapped" on resistances by them.

Other than all this, they provide damage reduction that is linear with armor, so if you would have reduced the damage by 50% through armor, with 7 charges running you actually reduce it by a total of 85%.

This is to say nothing of the 0.2% max HP regen if you take the per-charge passive near the Marauder tree. Another 1.4% regen is nothing to sneeze at.

If you build them through Enduring Cry, you get the advantage of drawing enemies to you -- and your blades -- when in a party.

I advocate this route because it has been so incredibly successful for me. That doesn't mean that you have to do it, but you asked for advice.

Still, free advice is free. If you want to take a different route that's fine. I've just found that building Endurance charges has the best cost/benefit survivability ratio, even if it takes active upkeep.
