BUG Incursion

I completed all Incursions and the counter was 0 remaining and no portal opened and on the other map it was 12 again ... I lost 4 rooms level 3, thanks GGG

I tried to open the portal for a incursion into my hideout, it wouldn't open at all! then the accountant went back to 12 ...

What happens if you don't have a map device because you haven't finished the 10 acts and done the epilogue quest line yet?
