system requirements
Hello,
Is a Nvidia GTX 750 Ti with an SSD, 16 gb ram and an i3 3,2 GHz machine with windows 7 64 bit not enough to run this game anymore? Everytime i have more then 10 enemies on my screen my fps drops to 15 even with dynamic resolution. I play PoE literally on minimum settings with only 1280*800 resolution (on a Full HD screen btw) and still cant go above 15 fps in combat with more then 10 enemies on the screen. That's an extremely outdated system and I wouldn't recommend it for any game past the windows XP era. This game is known to like extra hardware to brute force it, but anyone is prone to getting random performance problems. I'd highly suggest looking into making a new PC when you get some money put aside.

I play with excellent stable fps on this config:
gtx 560 1gb, 16gb ram, ryzen 3300x, ssd, win10 x64 |

I kinda have the gut feeling that your CPU is more of an issue here than the GPU. CPU load isn't much reduced when reducing the resolution. And Elmore seems to have a good experience with a similar-class GPU, but he (she?) has a much more modern CPU.
I would check what the CPU load is doing, and yeah, if you have a 2-core/4-thread or even 2-core/2-thread CPU, it might be time to upgrade, for example to a Ryzen 3100 or 3300x (or something else, depending on your budget). Remove Horticrafting station storage limit.
