Loot from Delirium rift dropped in Kitava, the Insatiable room - Sin tp'ed me out but not my loot

I had Loot drop from a Delirium rift in "Kitava, the Insatiable"'s boss room
I didn't loot it under the boss fight.
Couldn't remember / didn't know that "Sin" teleported me out right after the fight was done.

But "Sin" only teleported my character out and not my loot.

I would say this is a bug.

I was quite sad to lose the medium cluster jewel that dropped, but i'm not after getting my loot from there back.
But if you could fix so that it doesn't happen to others.
