Warlord's Mark from Elder ring suffix still only grants 5 rage in 3.13

Warlord's Mark was updated in 3.13: "Cursed enemies now cause you to generate 20 rage over 1 second when they are stunned (from 5 rage)."
The skill that comes from the skill gem is correct, but the skill that comes from the suffix "Trigger Level ## Warlord's Mark when you Hit a Rare or Unique Enemy" that can roll on Elder-influenced rings still only grants 5 rage.  Tested against monsters and confirmed that it did only grant 5 rage. Last bumped on Feb 5, 2021, 12:49:22 PM

Several threads reporting this issue already exist, and the issue is listed in the "PC Known Issues" thread.

@Jadian This is the oldest thread reporting it and it wasn't on the PC Known Issues thread when this was posted. Hopefully them adding it to the known issues list means that it will get fixed before the end of the league.
