Ritual not interactable after Delirium

Hello,

I was killing monsters in The Karui Forest while in Delirium. I got next to a not yet activated Ritual point and killed all the monsters that where inside the ritual glyphs on the ground without activating the ritual (I was outside of the glyphs and the monsters followed me and exited the glyphs area). After Delirium ended, I got back to the Ritual that was not yet activated and now it results "unclickable". Not even a tooltip when hovering it.
