Loot from Sunken City boss Ritual spawns in unreachable area

After completing the Sunken City boss Ritual, loot spawned in an unreachable area. It spawned near the exit of the Act 8 version of the fight (which is reachable in that act).

In the screenshots, it is in the top left. The first screenshot is with loot off (but I'm mousing over an item in that area), the second is with loot on.
