Vulkan brightness broken in Echoes of the Atlas

So something wrong with Vulkan brightness or some others color settings.
Heist didn't have this problem as far as i can remember. DirectX  Vulkan  Last bumped on Feb 22, 2021, 3:21:15 PM

Same shit. VC - Sapphire Radeon R9 390 with latest update. Yesterday everything was fine, but now its unplayable.
