Bug Reports (Path of Exile 1) - Is Panopticon Bugged? - Forum

Totem / Ballista node at bottom of tree. I was watching my dps as I allocated it and the did not change. Unallocated it and reallocated to see if Iw as going crazy; no damage change either way.

I am still taking th node for the extra ballista. But that 30% dmg would be nice.
