Problem with Tolman's quest in Crematorium

My character is currently stuck with the questline in Crematorium, after fight with Piety and guards around Tolman the quest does not progress.
I cannot see the bracelet to pickup, it is not in my inventory and is not visible on Tolman’s body. This is probably caused by dozens of disconections that occurred to me today when playing PoE. This is critical issue.

Ok, now it's solved. It turned out that one of Tolman's guards spawned far beyond the quest area, and when it was killed, I was able to progress. Possibly the guard was moved there behind walls because of disconnection problems.
