Constant DC?

Hey All
Anybody else disconnecting every few minutes? My party and i keeps DC? Last bumped on Apr 17, 2021, 10:48:46 AM

same i cant enter to any map just DC

Yep same here. That and hard crashes to desk top.
I suspect we're not the only ones. Every time I go to log back in there 1200-1500 people in queue even 4.5 hours after launch. |

Same I have dc/d twice, the second time with a crash to desktop (first time that has ever happened in over 3k hours playing).

Also getting disconnected. Happens to me between 5 and 15 minutes or so of gameplay. Usually sends me back to the start-up screen though I have had a complete crash to desktop a couple of times.

I'm sorry to hear that you have been encountering some disconnections. There can be many reasons for such issues, and this means we do need to look into the problems on case by case basis.
Would you be able to confirm whether you are using a wired or wireless internet connection? Can you confirm whether this is occurring during loading screens or shortly after? Or does this happen during the middle of gameplay? | |

Wired internet, and happens to me at any point. I have yet to get a crash while trying to change maps, it happens while running around maps or even just standing still at the town hub.

Can you please confirm for us which server gateway you play on by default, as well as whether this issue persists when playing on other gateways? You can change your server gateway on the login screen. Can you please also confirm whether you are playing on a private network, or whether other people have access to the network as well (for example, a university dorm, or a work connection)? | |
" For me, home network (no one else), Default is Texas gateway. Not the OP so hopefully someone else can chime in about other gateways. Currently attempting Washington gateway to test. Also made sure my firewall wasn't blocking a server connection or anything. |
