Will the new unique Blackflame ring deal damage with Avatar of Fire? I assume yes based on the Q&A information about this item, but would love confirmation.

How about a twist on that...
An ED/Cont elementalist with Shaper of Flames (so every ED hit ignites). So, then, does that just add more chaos DoT or what? IMO, other than a big purple square because the graphical asset (the purple flames that they showcased in the pre-launch teasers) is bugged to heck, I don't really see any difference between using the ring and just burning things down normally (and no, not stacking exposures). Patch Notes 3.15:
Fixed a bug where players believed the game was playable. This has been corrected and made retroactive. Patch Notes 3.19: Fixed a bug where players adapted to 3.15. This bug cannot be corrected, so we have implemented a 90% reduction in item access as a punishment. |
