Does more cast speed works with brands?

I just checked and global cast speed reduces activation time of brands. Given this I expect it to be affected by the 75% more cast speed from the buff.
Did you try turning it off and on again?

Its not global 75% cast speed buff. Its 75% more cast speed to "SPELLS YOU CAST YOURSELF". Will brands be consdiered spell you cast yourself? I doubt it.

Brands are self cast, you also get hurt by ele reflect with brands.

" I understand your doubt, I have them too, hence I said expectation. Brands don't cast spells like a spell totem does, they are just spells themselves the whole time with an activation attribute correlated to your cast speed. Whether it uses LKI from the cast or rechecks at intervals I don't know, but this check should look at the brand's cast speed that was self cast. edit: expectation not assumption .. Yes and no - you will get to cast them faster, but it won't work for the activation frequency since it's a MORE multiplier. Only increases and reductions affect that.

Im just looking at winter orb and thinking if the more cast speed will work nice with it, will it work with both building up stages and frequency?
