Headhunter and aurabot needs to be removed or nerfed......
" I sure wish I knew how they manage to get HH that quickly. I'm lucky to make enough to afford it days before the league ends, and that only happened once during Metamorph league. PoE players: Our game has a wide diversity of builds.
Also PoE players: The [league mechanic] doesn't need to be nerfed, you just need to play a [current meta] build! And the winds will cry / and many men will die / and all the waves will bow down / to the Loreley |

Headhunter is fine. It only allows faster mapping... so what? Millionaires get more millions faster. Where do you stop? What about explody and herald of ice chain crits or AOE for that matter? Should everyone play something name lock like heavy strike?
Aurabots are fine too. No one actually likes playing with others and has to endure it for splitting riches and multiples of power. How about play SSF where so many shortcuts are not allowed including trade itself. I've only found one HH in 8 years. Git R Dun! Last edited by Aim_Deep#3474 on Jan 12, 2021, 9:24:19 PM

Headhunter is a big pay to win item and will never be nerfed. Alot of pay to win sites are owned by Tencent.

" Why not watch them the first few days of new league if interested? Basics are: They play a lot. Play efficient. Map every 2 min. To get good items to sell you. Many times team up with afore mentioned aurabots for power bonus and MF bonus as well. They put on sale and sell a lot. It's not complicated but requires time and diligence most are not finding fun thus they are poorer. Git R Dun!

" This is a lot of it. TLDR, they play a lot the opening weekend. The faster you get to maps the higher your profits are, because garbage rares you can't even sell for an alt can fetch several chaos the first few days when people are trying to get mapping. A tabula in the first 6 hours is an exalt, easy. You can almost charge whatever you want to carry people's labs for the first week or so. And so on. This helps them gear a strong first build of the league and take it to endgame, and be among the first players to access the new content and rewards, which they can also sell at a markup before the market floods. It's pretty basic economics, but the heart of it is pushing further and faster into maps than less skilled/devoted players. |
