Why xsolla

I guess GGG doesn't want my money. I tried purchasing a supporter pack weeks ago and my bank wouldn't process the transaction, tried again today and the same thing is happening. The problem is xsolla, so why do GGG use them and better yet why hasn't GGG sorted this shit out. Im with the ANZ bank a bank that should have no problem doing business with a NZ company ... oh wait I see the problem they don't use NZ institutions.

I know the problem. Had the same issue with Westpac. Only way I found around it was to go through Steam. No idea why they insist on Xsolla as most Australian banks won't deal with them.

I bank with an Australian major bank and have no problems using Xsolla. Standalone PoE client, no Steam.

Perhaps a browser issue (adblock, pop-up blocker or somesuch) as opposed to a bank issue?

Same....I have now three payments pending. POE support told me that is their fault.
I want to buy stash tabs...what do I do?, I am very frustrated now...

They went with Xsolla because of the amount of coverage they get and the amount of payment methods available.

The only problem i've ever had since GGG started using them was on my end, since i use an add blocker and no script, one or both were interfering with a process where after you click buy, xsolla would handshake with the bank to confirm the transaction, since this process didn't happen because of the addons, the transaction never went through, disable them and it works....at worst your bank will contact you so you can confirm the transaction.
