Payment Plan Options for Console Users!

Hello there,

I am sure many of you have noticed in descriptions of supporter packs payment plans are an option you just have to mail support about it; what they don't tell you is that this is an option only for PC users. My PS4 broke right before the harvest league and I didn't get a new one till after it ended. Now these packs are ending soon and I cannot purchase them in anyway because I am a console user and according to my email response not in the literal wording but from the jist what was unspoken but implied that console users cannot be accommodated. It is very upsetting to know this that we console users cannot make payment plans when pc users can and obtain a $480-500 supporter without paying the full price upfront.

This year has been a lot for everyone and with covid people are staying in buying whatever comes to mind. There should be an equal opportunity for console users to make payment plans and obtain supporter packs that are leaving. If my characters and inventory can be linked up to my forum account and I can view my stashes on the forum there is no excuse why a payment option can't be implemented on the website and the purchase is sent to my account. Many other companies have done this with their website that you make a microtransaction on the website then login game and boom it's on your account.

that is my suggestion make payment plan options for console users, create accommodations make convenience!
