Being mute after POE trade copy/pasta

Hello,
I'm playing at POE on the cloud with GeForce Now. The problem is the following: Whenever I copy/pasta a msg from poe trade, I get mute and can't communicate with anyone at all. It's really annoying because it worked fine before and now I cannot communicate with anyone. I've searched solution in the poe forum and reddit and haven't find any. It did happen to someone in 2017 but no solution was provided: - "I've tested it. I can whisper myself until I copy a poe.trade msg. The poe.trade msg isn't going through. " you are properly being "perma muted" because of your account name, so you will have to e-mail GGG support and get this change + the mute removed. Also try using the official trade site and not a 3 party site like poe.trade Last edited by HanSoloDK#4843 on Dec 27, 2020, 1:26:14 PM

I'm indeed using the official trade site of poe (https://www.pathofexile.com/trade/) And I was trying to change my account name and didn't knew how I could change it. Thank you very much for the reply |
