account sharing most likely. each person plays 8-12 hours then the next person takes over

The story can be rushed in 3-4 hours, and Heists can give you more than a billion xp/hour.

Nah, some people are just very fast at leveling. People (not me, but people) beat act 10 in just over 2 hours in SSFHC, no less. I'm pretty sure with Heist it wouldn't take another 22 hours to get to 93.

People reach maps while I'm still fuckin around with dominus and that's ok, as said above it could be account sharing but I've seen streamers pull 20 hour sessions before (ziz maybe?) or grouping for fast questing.
Being happy is hard work.

It's theoretically possible, though truly hard for a human being to keep his psychophysical condition consistently up all of the time.
Concentration, reactions, decision making and overall efficiency dramatically drop over time. In most of the cases it's account sharing. This is a buff © 2016 The Experts ™ 2017 Last edited by torturo#7228 on Dec 21, 2020, 4:15:00 AM

Leveling from 70 to 80 takes less then 3 normal breach stones rotations (about one hour), then from 80 to 90 with enriched/pure breach stones is also easy. Since in Heist you get breach stones drops, I think it's doable in few hours, if someone has a build good enough to clear this content easily.

They usually have the support of a team of players funneling resources into the main running account. That frees up the runner to really only be concerned with the job of gaining experience.

i am a speedrunner, not in poe, but the same principles carry over
the gap between a person who has played a game A LOT and finished it many many times, trying to go as fast as possible, and a person who has put effort and thought into optimizing every aspect of the task, is seemingly insurmountable until you yourself start learning the real secrets of going very fast people who lack this knowledge are usually very quick to jump to conclusions about the impossibility of the task being completed legit, which you can clearly see in this thread. botting, account sharing, server announcment being broken (lol) are suggested as explanations however, for trade league races it is very likely that the top of the ranking is not playing alone, and has help from a team, which shagsbeard pointed out. this is obviously not in any way shady or unfair, this is just the nature of trade league i went googling for some past race results, and found a reddit post about a 13 hour time winning a lvl 90 hcssf race, so doing 93 alone in one day is not in any way suspect. keeping a pace up for 20 hours is not too crazy for a young healthy individual anyways, point is that no matter which game you are playing, there are ways to go orders of magnitude faster than what may seem possible from casual experience Last edited by jewdas12#5648 on Dec 21, 2020, 6:24:03 AM
