Lost Crafting Bench recipes on migrating a character.

I just migrated several characters from private leagues to Heist using "Migrate All", and now I have NO crafting recipes on my crafting bench and cannot obtain recipes as far as I can tell (had 2 veiled items that I fully unveiled after migration, and neither recipe appears on the bench either).

Is there any way, at all, to fix this, or am I just screwed?
