Question regaring "while a rare or unique enemy is nearby"

Hi, couldn't find an excact answer by myself.

1.)
Can someone tell me, what a "rare" enemy means?
Do the yellow rare monsters in maps count as "rare" in this context?

2.)
Do the safehouse members (e.g. event from Jun) count as "unique" enemies?

3.)
Does someone know what the exact range is for "regenerated energy shield while a rare or unique enemy is nearby"?

Thank you for your help!

Yes, yes and I dunno.
Bring me some coffee and I'll bring you a smile.
"Nearby" varies quite substantially from mod to mod, but for those mods it's 70 units. So nearly the entire screen depending on what resolution you're running at. It's got a decent sized AoE at any rate, whereas some others are kinda small.

Edit: That info is here btw, for future reference. Not all iterations of "nearby" are listed, but many are.
I have a pretty good sense of humor. I'm not German.
