Also, be more specific.
Did you opened the portal to the boss arena by beaten the Saqawine Rhex And then get the glove from Saqawal, First of the Sky? For aspect, if you unlocked the recipe in previous league, the game does not pop up the msg again as the recipe is account bound. However, did your Menagerie has Saqawal, First of the Sky?
