Register to upcoming events?

when entering the game it tell me to find the registertion on the forums for the events , but i cant find any , didint even know i need to register to them..?

The game only tells you to check the forums for more details, not to register, you still have to register in the game client, usually a few hours prior to the start of the event.
Details to upcoming events can be found there (maybe once the event goes live and lets you register i suspect)
