Found fishing area with reefbane. glowing

Reefbane would only tell you if there is an Exotic Fish in the area where you are.

What this means is unknown, and those who will ever know will sleep with the fishes.

so fish is everywhere without knowing there is, not knowing theres no glow whatsoever?, i just go to random place and sit down, and say here it is. nice place to fish :D
does not make any sense. but if it glows it says a lot to me that there is fish.
but i stoped hunting. its boring. time well spent.
