Divergent Clarity works with minions?

Does divergent clarity works with minions for the increased damage?

If minions have mana then yes, if they don't use mana i guess not as they will never be full mana.

Same happens with divergent vitality, effect is not activated on you itself, you share the aura so every ally get the effect and each one will or not activate it depending on their conditions, not your condition. Gem descriptions are shit, and my english either lol.
