getting no new heist members or quests

what to do i get no new heists members
i have no one who can do deception and no one who can do demolition, counter-thaumuturgy, trap disarming above 4

all my other heist are maxed out and i get no new quests from the smuglers cache either as i still missing 6 more quests

still no new quests nor either heists members and i keep doing contracts

The extra rogues get introduced by specific other rogues. It’s not random. Bring the right rogue and then bring the new one and then bring the new one etc. I think hick is the first to get the next.

i only have karst(maxed), tibbs(maxed), tullina(maxed), nennet(maxed), huck(maxed) and isla(maxed)

so i am kinda stuck on this as i keep doing contracts over and over again and the smugler cache also havent dropped any quests since the beggining

Well, as I said, the introductions aren’t random. The order is listed here: https://pathofexile.gamepedia.com/Rogue. Based on the ones you listed, running anyhing but Huck missions will not trigger the next one.

So, run Huck missions until you get Niles. You may have leveled him already, but that doesn’t mean those contracts were the right level or type to trigger the introduction of Niles.
