Need help figuring out optimal CoC cooldown recovery vs. attack speed

Does anyone know if there is a spreadsheet somewhere that shows what's the optimal attack speed for given cooldown recovery of a cast on crit setup?

I was never good at math, and this is definitely out of my reach to calculate on my own.
