Suggestion for PORTAL GEM corruption

I thing would be good idea to add some things for corruption of Portal gem since it gives nothing by corrupting it.
My first idea is that with low chance off coruption you could get insta portal. Which would teleport you to hideout or town just in millisecond without klicking on portal. In that case maybe people wouldn't need to use logout macros. Or keep portal open in scary situations. Also would need to think where to place it, since you need to sacrifice one gem slot :) What you would add to portal gem by corrupting it. You can already get Vaal Breach in areas with Breach league active.

It gives you:
> Soulless Kills. May come in handy in "You vs Boss" battles (like Sirus). Also useful for builds that focus on on-kill effects (Like Worm Heralds). Should also count for Rampage kills, but I am not sure. > Corpses. Back then there was no "Channeling", no "Cyclone is Channeling" and the best you could do was Spell Echo-ing your Desecrate. So this was useful in corpse generation. Nowadays it's way too obsolete.
