Flammability curse stacks up with Elemental Equilibrium but Conductivity doesn't

Me and my friend tried a few experiments to find out how we can boost our damage and defense even more. I used my elemancer against his frost blade assassin. I hit him with a level 19 frost bomb that is linked with a level 19 hextouch support, a level 19 flammability gem and a level 19 conductivity gem so that we can find out if:

1. using frost bomb can trigger elemental equilibrium (it did)
2. if he will be cursed with flammability and conductivity (he got cursed with both)
3. if he will get 50% elemental resistance reduction from elemental equilibrium
4. if he will get an additional 43% elemental resistance reduction from the 2 curses (he did get an additional reduction from his fire resistance courtesy of flammability but he didn't get any additional reduction from conductivity even if he was already cursed with conductivity)

Here's the screenshot of our lil experiment.

Not sure if this is just an oversight or intentional but if it can be fixed, that'd be immensely helpful for us Golem type elementalists.

Cheers!

Btw, I've submitted this via the /bug command in game. Report reference number is 658,534,113
This is not a bug.

Your character has no increase to curse limit, and you're consequently limited to the default, which is one active curse on an enemy.
