Ice shot Area of Effect

how does increased aoe affect ice shot, with ice shot's aoe being a cone?

exactly the same as other skills. Cone is a part of a circle

edit: you have same base radius and multiply it with increased radius, which is square root of your area of effect modifier. round down to integer. PoB shows radius of known base skill effects

so i guess what im asking is does it increase the angle of the cone? or it just scales the cone and angle remains constant?
