So I guess it's fine for streamers to post their junk on Reddit but not for the average people.
I posted build showcase video, which has link to the official PoE forum in description.

https://www.reddit.com/r/pathofexile/comments/js6ss8/ultimate_transcending_melee_poison_pathfinder_100/?utm_medium=android_app&utm_source=share

My post got removed by moderators for violating Subreddit rules, more precisely "self-promotion".

"
9. Excessive Promotion
We encourage active community members to share their content (Youtube videos, stream, art, etc.) with /r/pathofexile. However, this sub is not intended to be your own personal ad platform. Linking to a patreon or other external channel is fine within reason, but your post needs to clearly be content-first, promotion-second.

So where did i break the rules of the sub? Where am I making that money? Where is my Patreon? Where's my ad revenue from YouTube?

Is this how much i tryhard for those Patreon moneyz??

I really got pissed of by this behavior and this is for sure the last time i'll post anything on Reddit!

wait a moment.

reddit?

that's where those "real money trade" advertisements are shining in your face now and which has masses of ggg responses, making them seem legit, right?

and people mentioning that the ads violate ggg's ToS are being downvoted to oblivion.

ggg has a problem there.

---

i'm really trying hard there to get to zero favour by just defending basic game principles against the "kids that want it all now because whay not".

then i'm out of there and probably out of here too cause there is no dev response to any question we ask.
age and treachery will triumph over youth and skill!
we could delete the poe-subreddit?

it stinks like rotting fish
I left the subreddit. Nothing more to add to it.
It is silly that if you'd have secondary reddit account something like "poeFan01" and post the same video, it would be OK....

@Vio RMT ads - if you have personalised ads on your phone and do not run system wide Adblocker (which I encourage highly on Android), you get hit by RMT ads and there's not much GGG could do about it.
I represent only myself, my own thought and believes. I am individual, not a representative of the community.
I am not speaking on behalf of someone else and I don't get offended by things that have nothing to do with me.

Wasn't that same vid posted like a day or 2 ago? Reddit isn't a place to spam your own shit.

No it wasn't the same video and posting something similar in 2 days is hardly a spamming.
Sorry if my shit offended you in any way.

Apology accepted, but most people don't want to see you treat reddit as your daily video diary. That sub only has 1 page for views, if everyone posted their own vids like you did, it would be cluttered.

People do post their shit 24/7, 365 days a year.

Posts get to the hot page by upvotes or comments.

spam

verb
gerund or present participle: spamming
send the same message indiscriminately to (a large number of internet users).

It's kinda hard to classify 2 posts in 2 days as a spam/spamming, late in the league when most of the users are gone. But it's ok, i surely won't participate there again.

And ill stop responding here because I gave my feedback.

Whom do you mean when you say 'your'?

Because I'm fairly sure by the basic rules of Reddit none of these people work at or for TencentGGG. In which case, I'm wondering why this has been posted to TencentGGG's official 'feedback' board.
If I like a game, it'll either be amazing later or awful forever. There's no in-between.
