This is too relatable. Every League I pick them and turn them in for no appearant and logical reason, and I don't even have the divination tab. Then I get frustrated with them and make a stricter filter.

When designing a Div card you have these options available:

- What reward you want it to have (Has to be something which already exists and is obtainable in temp leagues.)

- A design brief of the art.

- The flavour text.

You DO NOT get to decide:

- The amount of cards it takes to get a reward (Unless you make a very convincing case as to why it should be a specific number.)

- Where the card drops.

- What the rarity of the card is.


Even among the things you do get to decide, GGG will reject the idea unless it fits the flavour and lore of the game.


So yes, to anyone wondering, GGG has a massive hand in how div cards are designed even when it comes to player made ones, they more or less have free reign to shape any card how they want.

Did not expect them to have the power to choose so much, frankly. Now I undertand the sorry lad who made The Demon and kindly asked for the whole community if it actually drops in Shrine since they never saw it happen.

Roll up a character for SSF, get it to 80+, come back and say even the humble cards such as Her Mum and Crapper's Delight are "bullshit and mostly useless".

Not every item has to be immediately and profoundly useful and lucrative.

Not every game decision has to be about you.

Yeah it sucks that sometimes the drop tables are full of crap but hey if you view it as crap it means you've been more successful than 90% of other players.
