Used to like the divination cards when they came out..

They used to be only top tiered items splitted in parts..

Now they are the same bullshit like the ,,drops,,

TONS of totaly useless divination cards, just for fuck sake..

GGG you are completely out of touch..
Div cards serve their purpose of letting people who wish to make their mark on the game without having too great of an impact. That's all they're there for. Even the guy who came up with "The Scholar" had a reason for it.

you DO realize they are ALL player made? so i don't know why you are bringing GGG into this like it is their fault.

you DO realize they are ALL involving GGG in the process?

What Shagsbeard said. They are only there to show player's support to the game, with the only exception, so far, of Cursed Words. They were never meant to be an alternate way to get easily some powerful items. The fact that the creators sought those hard-to-find items was incidental.

Also, some of those cards were created more to troll the community one way or another rather than by being helpful. Of those I know:

> Dying Anguish in its original form (Level 19 gem, now it's drop disabled but has been updated to "level 19 gem at 19% quality) was made because a player got jealous of Hardcore players who made money by selling level 19 gems, and sought to use this card in order to undermine their profits

> The Immortal was created, verbatim, "Because they could and want to", and in the same topic admitted that they knew the final result would have been seen as a troll (back then, "a card that gives a card" was a very iffy concept)

> The Fool was created because the creator did not find a way to best their "best friend" in being a better Exile so they made this card in order to put a real portrait of him in the game as the ultimate shame

They paid 1000 $ to make their mark in the game. Since they are humans, they could either use their power to defeat world hunger and evildoing... or set it on fire because they like to see things burn. Or just bury themselves and never use this power, that too is a path.

True, they have the ultimate say on the final outcome. Look at Her Mask. It was meant to drop only Sacrifice at Midnight, but GGG said "nuh-uh, that's too convenient, it will drop a random sacFrag".

How this concept is different from Last Hope, I cannot tell.

I pretty much hate div cards, especially stacked decks which needed their names changing 2 leagues ago to just.. deck.

Some are cool, most are too hard to farm even with target farming and GGG are totally arbitrary about whether you get an achievable OP card or they morph your card into a Frankenstein's monster of failure.

Overall I think they are a frustrating bloat drop to put it simply, they rain from the skies yet are almost totally useless Navali should swap any card for an alteration, least we'd get to do some crafting.

I didn't actually know they were all player designed until like 3 weeks ago when Charan told me, can't believe the things some people choose to make especially when some players do a good job of a card that simultaneously is useful and has a unique spin they want.

I have no opinion on the matter aside from the fact that it killed a large part of the bossing aspect of the game. I was simply blurting a snarky remark on the flawed reasoning.

That wasn't flawed reasoning the players have a major say in what they want in their card. GGG only stops them if the card is too good, otherwise the design is mostly on the player hands.
Stacked decks are my favorite drops in ssf hc.
Easy six-link cards and occasionally even HH cards.

It is because the statement is:

Claiming that GGG has no participation in the process by stating that GGG should not be brought into presence of the issue and that it's not their fault which is obviously wrong already on the most obvious fact that they own the game.
