Replica Tulfall + Inner Conviction doesn't work

Hi!
while trying to come up with hha new build i thought of this interaction, which seems to be bugged from Replica Tulfall: Lose all Power Charges on reaching Maximum Power Charges Gain a Frenzy Charge on reaching Maximum Power Charges from Inner Conviction: Gain Power Charges instead of Frenzy Charges So, from my understanding, i get to max power charges, they get removed and i get an frenzy charge -> which is a power charge instead because of the keystone What actually happens, is that i lose the charges, but i don't seem to gain 1. From what I understand, this is actually intended.
You reach full power charges and therefore gain a Frenzy charge - which is a power charge, so it does nothing since you're already at full power charges, then you lose all power charges due to being at full power charges. Basically, since you are simultaneously gaining and losing the charge, losing the charge "wins". |

depends in which order those things happen,
but i think it is you loose all your power charges and then gain one frenzy (in his case a power) if it triggers the other way you gain the frenzy when on full power charges and then you loose all power charges, then his approach wont work, i think this is the case here. |
