Random disconnect and afte reconnecting GH portals were gone

Hello,

Today on Frankfurt server I got random disconnect, and after instant reconnect - my grand heist portal was gone (when only less than half of it was cleared)... Those things are quite expensive (3.8 ex), so could you roll back the Blueprint that I could run it again or get some kind of compensation for this? I suppose one of you server instances crashed and this happened but probably you know better what happened.. right? :) I would really appreciate help on this one, because for quite new player like me ~4ex is quite a lot and loosing it like that breaks the spirit of the game and grind.. :/ Bug ID - 2 053 391 919. I registered it just after reconnect when portal was gone.
