my account locked but why

Today i found that my account has been locked.
After asking support, he told me that i should make a purchase for the currency associated to my own region. He tell me that my account has been banned for fraudulent payments. Just because i bought something through us page man years ago.
But before i paid, noone tell me that i cant buy pack though my friend in brazil. I read terms of use again and i found that terms tell me nothing about it.
Fraudulent payments? Everyting is true except i am in china, there is no way for me to buy packs without my brazil friend.
Now i just want to get my account back. But they said i should make a purchase for the currency associated to your own region. CHINA is not even have its own page, man.
I do not need pack anymore. i just want my account back.

It sounds more like a charge back than purchasing from a different region but that would outright result in a perma ban not a lock.

As for purchasing MTX through different regions, i would expect that the browser and the game will default to your region and to go elsewhere you would purposely have to use a VPN to bypass this.

Also, i'm not taking your word for it because you could be lying or seriously misunderstanding what you may have been told.

ATM i expect any ban/lock would result in security questions first then a wait of possibly days before you get in contact with the account investigations team.

You are right, i am now trying to buy it from us page to finish this thing.

By the way, what i did is i want buy some packs and i have no method to buy in china because i have not card. so i turn to my friend in brazil for help and he pay for me in website.
i donnot think i am wrong, but i will never do this again.

yeah he paid for you on the web site, got the money from you and THEN made charge back to his bank so he got free money. Nice friend you have there.
