Tenacity annointment
So I am able to use the amulet, but on the skill tree is states requirement not meet, any idea why this is?

You don't need to allocate the passive if you have it on an amulet.

It's a visual bug I think. Try taking it off and putting it back on again. Then change instances real quick.

" No display error, but what Shagsbeard said. When allocating via Anointing, you're effectively bypassing the ordinary allocation - you are getting a Notable bonus, without actually allocating it. You are still able to allocate that Notable (for no effect, of course, since only Cluster Notables can be allocated multiple time), so the "Requirement not Met" will pop up since you have not yet allocated one of the small passives leading to it - which is the "requirement" - if you for some reason still want to allocate it the usual way (as in, pathing in the Passive) |
