how to add a specific suffix to a rare weapon ?

Thanks for your suggestions guy, (Can have up to 3 Crafted Modifiers)is not an option, because in this case the item has 4 affixes (2 prefix+2 suffix) which I will keep + 1 crafted prefix (increased physical damage - which I will redo ) + 1 crafted suffix(Can have up to 3 Crafted Modifiers) = 6 affixes = no room for the additional suffix
I really like this weapon and willing to keep it and improve it,especially that I found no match for it on the market regarding damage per hit(not dps) with a +% damage over time multiplier, cause I'm playing EQ bleed build.
