Niko's mine problem

Hello, i've got problem with Niko's mine. My voltaxic sulphite is too low to do a mission (i've 23). When i was doing crawler mission i died and lost progress of mission, now im stucked with 23 voltaxic sulphite instead of 24 to start any mission
Can you guys help me ?
