Ancestral Cry Not Exerting Double Strike

It was working as I assume was intended until I moved my double strike into Lakishu's Blade which has built in level 1 multistrike support. After doing some testing, it seems it is either a problem with multistrike support somehow preventing the exertions or an issue with Lakishu's Blade specifically. I have not tested that, but there is no indication there should be any problems with exerting when using multistrike support, unless it counts the exertions as "triggered skills" even though the ancestral cry skill is not being triggered, as the exertion effect should already be applied to the strike after casting the warcry.
