I was scammed with the Mirrored item.

ilvl: +84 non-curse aura 6 passive medium jewel is +37 ex.
Someone had put 33 exalted orbs. I bought it directly with that excitement, but later realized it was mirrored. I spoke with this person. I said if he returns my 30 exalted orb I wouldn't complain. He said that this is not a crime, I did not deceive you, you took what you saw. Is this not a crime? If it is not a crime, can I sell this item to someone else? I'd consider it a scam if he advertised the original and then sold the mirrored one.
But if it was advertised as such and you just didn't notice? That's on you. Mirrored items are perfectly usable equipment and it's up to you to know what you're buying and whether it's something you're interested in owning / using. That's not anyone's responsibility but yours. |

" @Sarno is spot on here. There was no crime unless you can clearly show that he offered 1 item on the trade site (not mirrowed but with same stats) and then sold you the mirrowed one. If you have that evidence, then you can e-mail GGG support and they will put in on the record of the player (if they agree with you). Howevber you will NOT be getting anything back here. |

If this player listed the mirrored item for this price, it doesn't sound like they attempted to scam you. You are welcome to attempt to sell mirrored items using our trade website.
If any players attempt to deceive you into trading incorrect items, this may be considered scamming. An example of this would be a player providing a different item than the agreed upon item, or providing less currency than the agreed upon price. " A mirrow item is the one you can see @OP listed. It has the mirrow tag and this means that the item is "static". You can't craft it, vaal it or ANYTHING else. |

thanks for the info but how do people do that though? I just got to act 6 after 2 weeks, loving the game, but want to make sure I do not get scammed etc
