Help a noob with an elemental hit melee jugg build

I want do this build viable on POB_FORK, because for fun.

It deals 9M shaper/DPS, but i think is not true.

Please someone can test this numbers or this skilltree and tell me if this thing is bad or useless ?

you didn't setup your build properly in the skill section
you put the skill on 4L and 9M dps is pretty good for 4L

the other pob is a complete different build, other links and other ascendancy
