Exalted Orb price on Default Core

It looks like people on default are truly desperate when it comes to acquiring exalts. I just done a little experiment and sold 1 exalt for 26 chaos (after around 30 minutes of advertising on trade chat). Pretty incredible, can only see price of exalts raising on default.

All dem high end players are storing these orbs in their stash and causing a serious increase in price for Exalted orb. I dont blame them for doing so but lately prices are getting out of hand. I wouldnt be surprised if they reach 30 chaos for 1 exalted in the next 2 months.

I think there should be a vendor receipt to avoid that, like for 20 chaos = 1 exalted.
What do you guys think?

you were right :D

I sold one for 56

Anarchy prices are set to fuse/chaos/gcp/ex 110/55/14.5/1 (ex/fuse goes from 1/110-1/120). Damn i cant imagine what it was like when 20 chaos were 1 ex. All aboard the bubble, lets pump it up more guys!

IS it really a bubble?

I have had one exalt drop for me, well over 100 fusings, chaos etc maybe a dozen gcp hundreds of jewelers, maybe a thousand alts...
What the heck is Default Core ?

Anyway, seems like exalt prices are dropping slowly on standard, there's high demand for fusions now.

used to be 15 chaos to 1 exalte or 5 gcp for months and months and months
i used to use exalted orbs back then becuase they didnt cost so much, now i just hoard then and dont use a single one, why would you use one when you can wait 2 weeks and they have gone up in price?, exalted will keep going up and up in price till something is done, and if GGG feel its ok, then well we are screwed :)
I've found and sold 2 exa in anarchy. One for 140 fusings and one for 15 GCP. I didn't try to sell them either, I saw people offering that for them and just whispered them because it was too much to pass up.

Haven't read much past the first page, but has anyone asked why you're buying exalts? The consumers of exalts are the high end players who can't upgrade any other way. Most mid range players are buying sloppy seconds from the high end.

i noticed this too. i see people selling exalt for 13/12 gcps in standard. my friends discussed this and we suspect the root cause is that a lot more people are now running high level maps and they are now rolling them in a smarter way. aside from using exalts on improving gear, before, it was also used to roll maps using alt-regal-exalts method. this proves to be very wasteful. now, people are rolling maps using chisels-alch-scour-chaos. people are selling exalts to gcps because gcp can be traded to chisels/alchs/scours/chaos in smaller amounts where a lot more people currently have at a time.
