I have played 17days 16hours from league start;
I am 97level who leveled mostly on maps, delve, contract runs. Completed whole atlas, several Sirus spawns Completed hundreds of contract missions And I got 0 (zero) unique contract drops. Why on earth those are so damn rare??? Thanks, PoE nowadays looks more and more like a fan-made fork server with tons of custom weird experimental stuff rather than original game with carefully thought out balance brough live to players. They're obsessed with creating a sense of "value" for stuff based on rarity. SSF players have learned to simply ignore stuff like this. Traders have learned that they can trade for them. There's a group in the middle somewhere that haven't quite gotten with the program yet.

Run T14+ maps quickly and you'll get plenty of them in no time from the stashes.

" I didn't get a unique contract until after my first Sirus 8, somewhere around 140 and 70 for bonus/awakening completion and on my 5th 90+ char. Its a classic GGG debacle where they put too many hoops together, firstly you have to get a smugglers cache, next it has to drop you a questline contract not a regular one, you have to do about 30 of those but some are ilvl 80-83 only so you've got an extra threshold on your viable content. Then and only then can you start to get unique contracts drop and they aren't really that rare once you can actually drop them but the time required to meet the requirements is frankly extreme even by GGG standards. Its a little like lab trials, sure lab trials are common but everyone I know has experienced at least one character getting to mid 90s before they finish them in one league or another. Edit: for reference i'm at 49k map grind and have had 4 unique contracts all of which dropped on the same day in a row pretty much. Still haven't had a twins contract.
