Wings? Unrealistic and unnecessary, but not impossible that they show up in shop.

No wings!
There are enough rpgs with wings already. Maybe as a really hard to get decoration that you get for something like reaching max level or beating the full game on max difficulty(which is not yet possible). |

Wings - no.
Capes - as long as they are actual capes and not doormats hanging on your back. Cloaks - yes. |
