Not much is available yet. Stash tabs, and character slots. The shop is still pretty new though. Lotsa visual augmentations are sure to show up. Don't know about wings / capes, but from what I can tell a lot of visuals will be available.

Wings? I hope not. Go play Maple Story for that crap. I'd rather see more fitting visuals cosmetics, like dead babies.
