So, would you suggest to go 2H, dual-wield or sword&board?
I pretty much have all uniques to create this combo so it really is just question what offense do I want to use.
Another question is whether Edge of Madness would be any good for this build? Replica Alberon's prevent us from dealing any non-chaos damage so physical damage on weapons does not count much since I'm not aware of any methods to convert physical damage to chaos one for Cyclone.

Definitely shield and mace. Replica Frostbreath is the starter weapon and an elder boom mace with aoe per 50 strength/spell dmg/chaos pen is the endgame weapon. The reason for shield is for arcane swiftness annoit which is bis since you'll be max block
Edge of madness is trash tier in any scenario.

Why a Boom Mace exactly? I would have thought the extra damage is lost anyway due to 'deal no non-chaos damage'

Because the fiery impact deals physical attack damage and can be supported at 300% damage effectiveness. It acts like a smaller shockwave and helps with clear. It isn't needed really. Any elder aoe mace will work. Replica frostbreath is a great, cheap alternative.
