Heist Progression Stuck at Contracts Level 67.

Greetings,


Guys if anyone know is it normal that our Heist's Contracts progression stuck at level 67, whilst our Characters level progressed above Level 67?

I am now already at level 74 but my contracts are all 67, and whenever i gained level, the contracts remained the same level.

Or this due to me missing something or forgot to do certain quest?

Kindly help me figuring this thing out if any of you have experienced the same or have a solution.
