Vulkan vs DX11 (/w DXVK)
Hi,
I'm playing Path of Exile (3.12.4b) on Linux using Wine + DXVK. I just see that Vulkan (beta) is supported which is a great news for Linux player. DX11 with DXVK is working great. I patched DXVK to compile shaders asynchronously else it's unplayable due to stuttering (DXVK/Vulkan issue) => 60 fps all the time. But when I enabled Vulkan, it runs at 50 fps with same settings. DXVK using Vulkan too. I'm not complaining as Vulkan is denote as "Beta". It's just a feedback and if it migth help you. Continue improving Vulkan to reach the same level of performance and I hope maybe better results. Last bumped on Oct 24, 2020, 5:15:32 AM
