Molten Shell Ignite ?

Hello, I'm trying to do damage with Molten Shell (regular one, not vaal), so I took an interest in making it ignite.

The in-game character sheet, in the "offense" section, states that my Molten Shell has 100% chance to ignite.

PoB also states that my Molten Shell should be igniting 100% of the time.

And yet it doesn't ignite at all. Is it normal or is this a bug ?

Molten Shell deals reflected damage, and reflected damage can't cause on-hit effects such as ailments. So MS can never ignite, sorry.
