You know, actually providing the information helps. You want a medium cluster jewel with non-curse aura effect as the base. First Among Equals has a weight of 960 (6.9% chance of obtaining it as a prefix). 35% increased aura effect is not something you can roll, and nothing for that gem has a weight of 300.
In any case go to Craft of Exile, and you can find out the likelihood, average cost, best crafting route, etc for crafting whatever jewel you are looking at obtaining. |

thanks for info, but i select both those mods, and it shows avg spending succes is 7 chaos,its really not accurate, it cant be that easy

it is ilvl 1 mod, you can reduce the size of the mod pool by selecting a lower ilvl base (if you don't care what you get from small passive). Also weight = 960 in aura cluster jewel is fairly common. You just need to alt spam.
Lastly for 35% aura effect. You want the aura effect from the fixed enchant + First Among Equals = 35% or more Or from small passive alone to have a combined 35% or more aura effect?
